Summit Eagle chase I’ve been at Eagle Creek apartment for two years. I appreciate how they keep the ground very clean and groomedthe garbage is always taken away every day. I appreciate the office staff. They’re always accommodating and very pleasant as she walk into the office.

Great apartments!
Great new leasing office staff. Utilities are cheap compared to most other areas. Our 2nd floor 2 bedroom with bonus room has a great open layout. Very large door with a tree view. Right across the street from Eagle Creek recreational walking trail. Very large pool for the warmer months. Nice location, 15 minutes downtown, 20 minutes to the Castleton area.

My New Sanctuary
Having been a homeowner for several decades, returning to an apartment was quite the challenge. But I found the prize here at Eagle Chase. My building is so quiet, I often forget I have neighbors. Everything is well maintained and anything that is not up to par is fixed immediately and hassle free. This was important to me after years of needing to upkeep my house on my own. My patio is my own peaceful oasis, and it is right beside a beautifully landscaped area where I can walk my dog. ... The floor plan is open concept and doesn't leave you with that tiny apartment feel. To top it off, everyone from staff to residents are friendly and welcoming, and I really wanted that where I chose to live. I wish I had sold my house and come here sooner for the easy life!
