Dont Live Here
This place is horrible and they don't care about their people. I got stuck in the elevator and had to call 911 to pry me out. I called the emergency maintenance line (it was the weekend) and no one ever called to ask how I was doing or if I was OK. When everyones packages were getting stolen they refused to put up a camera and told me to ship my stuff to their other apartment complex. Then when I moved out they wanted to charge me because my bathroom sink wasn't clean. This place is a joke.
OH... Yeah I forgot about the SHOOTING right next to the apartment. Wild! There were about 10 cops that swarmed the place that night. Still nothing from management.

Great Value / Location
I absolutley loved my year and a half in my little studio in winterhouse. Perfect for somone moving to the city for the first time. I felt safe there, and the amentites were good for the price you pay. Management was responsive and helped with the issues I had
