Maintenance issue was resolved in the same day. Staff very. Friendly and went straight to work. Very professional and knowledgeable of the situation. Problem is fixed.

Apartment is in a good location. The apartment itself is old and falling apart. The walls and trim are pained over and over and over again. Caulking everywhere. Stairs are loose, and doors stick with humidity. The maintenance is good....office is horrific. I would not rent here, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

The area is nice outside of the complex, but the people inside are disrespectful and inconsiderate. Management isn't around during business hours and no one in the office has the power to help with any issues. Maintenance requests are fast but don't always fix the problem due to very aged plumbing, furnace, and appliances.
Roofing construction on the property and cabinet replacement inside of apartments with no notice to residents. Management responds weeks after and doesn't try to resolve the... issue at hand and instead, personally attacks the resident.
