Overall great location but the home furnishings could be improved. The vinyl flooring keeps coming up and gaps and holes in the walls and under the dishwasher where bugs and even a few mice have gotten in. And the appliances need an update. Oh and the walkway from our place to the sidewalk gets flooded every time it rains.

We love being a part of the Arrive community. Our neighbors are friendly, and pets are quiet, which is important to us. The amenities are nice, and the events hosted at the leasing office are a plus. The area that we feel needs improvement is the system for package deliveries. The package room is always packed with packages thrown on the floor, without being placed in a locked parcel locker. This is frustrating, and our packages have been lost with this messy organizational system.
