Rental price went up over 200 yet nothing has changed in the community. The weight room is tiny and no more than 3 people can be in there at a time, I go to an outside gym because of this. There is also hardly any equipment in there, you get a better gym at a Hampton inn.
It is a non smoking community but atleast half of the maintenance staff smoke all day long. They come into the apartment and it instantly smells.
For the 2nd year in a row my place was flooded by a water leak.
I had my shower... curtain replaced a month ago and am still waiting on the old holes to be patched up, bugs continue to come in daily in the bathroom.
Finally my bedroom window faces out to the parking lot and many members of the community go to their cars to smoke weed all night. I can’t sleep with my window open because it reeks of weed.
The price for this place is an absolute joke for the quality of apartment, amenity’s and service provided.

We also take your comments about the maintenance staff and the issue of smoking on the property seriously. We aim to create a comfortable environment for all residents and will address this internally.

I am loving the apartment community! The move in process went smoothly. Maintenance came out very quickly to fix the things that I needed, making sure everything was running smoothly.

For the most part I enjoy living in the community. I know nothing is perfect but overall it has been a great experience so far. So changes could be made. Maybe a larger gym and a few more grills

I just moved in! Everything seems to be going great so far. I love how the apartment doesn’t feel like an apartment! I love how we have a space for a garden. And I love how spacious everything feels!! quiet neighborhood too.
