Nice community, decent amenities, & fun events. Rent is on the high side. Only one fob that is used to access the mail room, package room, and fitness area are given no matter how many people live in each unit, which is annoying. General maintenance is good and repair requests to the interior are handled swiftly. However, large cracks in the patio area are continually ignored. Overall, a nice community to live.

The new management company is fixing things up nicely around the complex. Enforcing rules which is needed to make a nice community. It is quite expensive though but all is now days.

I like everything about it. Only thing I will say is that the kitchen is a bit outdated and should be done much better with comparison to the properties that around the area.

We love it here and the community. Great location and amenities. Never had any issues and maintenance has always been quick with any problems.
