Move in processes very easy. It’s close to train station, about 10-15 minutes walk. Ruth from apartment office is very helpful and kind. The apartment looks like a safe and friendly place to live.

When we initially moved in, the painters painted over the coax outlets and stappled through them. Submitted a maintenance request but no one showed up. Called the next day to schedule an early appointment but no one showed up until a couple hours later. Technicians were unable to fix the problem.
Laundry is extremely expensive, only one washer and dryer per unit floor. Not to mention the washer and dryer are very small.
Apartments have bad air circulation with limited natural lighting.
