I enjoy living on the North Shore. The area is safe, well-organized, and comfortable for families. I appreciate the clean environment, good infrastructure, and friendly community. At this time, I do not have any significant concerns or suggestions.

Good place to live. Don't hear neighbors often, love the mail room lockers (just wish the delivery people would use them). I like the option to do laundy in my building too, it's a bit expensive tho and I generally have to add time to the dryer or my clothes are still a little damp. The intercom not working sucks.

Love it here so far, generally pretty quiet, nice area. Maintained really well. If you ever they maintenance they come really quick. Love how friendly people are

Move in processes very easy. It’s close to train station, about 10-15 minutes walk. Ruth from apartment office is very helpful and kind. The apartment looks like a safe and friendly place to live.
