The move in was easy and seamless. We told Santiago the dishwasher was leaking and he called a service technician who came out and fixed it within an hour.

Very nice apartment complex, staff is phenomenal.
However pretty pricey apartment, parking is an additional $160 a month per car, the elevator is frequently broken causing wait times up to 10 minutes to get an elevator. During the summer time around the perimeter of the apartment complex it does accumulated quite a bit of trash
