Wonderful/kind staff, always willing to help. Clean building and well kept amenities. Ongoing repairs with water leaks/etc but typically they are addressed in a timely manner. Great communication with building. Adorable monthly events to encourage resident community.

Overall. We’ve had a great experience living at the Seneca. The staff is terrific and very welcoming. The gym is well equipped. The location is hard to beat. And the on site maintenance has been very helpful. Some small annoyances: the mail room boxes are small making it easy for postal workers to make mistakes. We’ve gotten the wrong mail for other tenants, and when we were waiting on a very important piece of mail, it was lost in another persons mailbox. If we hadn’t gone down to speak with... the postal service, it would’ve been lost. The elevators are in a state of constant service. Not much detail about why. There’s only one entrance and on the Friday-weekends it guarded by tourists and valet, making getting in and out cumbersome because people don’t move or realize I live here. My experience living in The Seneca has been great. You can find a great community, very helpful and also very welcoming and friendly staff! I think the joy of the building is the front desk staff and also the maintenance team is very on top of things and very helpful! Also here you can find a dog friendly community if you have a pet.

I have been living here for six months, and it has been an incredible experience. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to public transport and local shops. The building is well-maintained, clean, and quiet. A huge shout-out to the management team and maintenance staff—they are always professional, friendly, and quick to resolve any issues.
