The room is nice, but the grills suck and don't work or not operating. The maintenance team is ok, not good. Far from campus, having to drive.

My experience is good. Not too far from school, but I also enjoy the commute. Area is very quiet and amenities are perfect. Parking situation is okay, other than that, I am satisfied with my experience.

The office ladies lack empathy and quick to pass judgement and attitude. The overall maintenance as a whole is very attentive and helpful. They get the job done the same day as the maintenance request. But paying more for a smaller and less upkept apartment was a big step back from the previous; upkept and new carpet apartment i moved out of. Less kitchen space and smaller room. Not to mention the “newer” more expensive apartment i moved into smelled like weed and cat pee when i got there... compared to the near perfect condition i left the last apartment. i’m highly disappointed. i would rate 1 star but the maintenance guys are cool so thats the only reason im giving you 2 stars.
