overall not the best place to live, you can tell they’re not as quality as they lead on. i expected a lot more but you’ll be able to make do living here.

I have enjoyed staying at the social on Hovey. We have had issues with a roommate and the social helped the best they could which we appreciated. The only reason why I gave 4 stars was because the internet was out for several days about a few weeks ago. We had to connect the internet company instead of the social doing it. It was getting to the point where one person said something and another said something different. It was finally fixed and worked after 3 days of it being down. I would... recommend someone to stay at the social on Hovey.

I love the location and the building itself, but the management has been disappointing. The leasing agents treat it more like student housing than professional off-campus housing and take little responsibility for issues with their rooming system—even when residents follow all instructions.
Communication is also inconsistent. We were told we had a week to decide on re-signing, then suddenly given only one day, and I wasn’t even informed directly.
Overall, the lack of respect and clear... communication has been noticeable since move-in. Amanda has been great—just wish more of the staff were like her.
