Comfortable and safe, but the unit had plenty of issues in the beginning. For example unit did not have a tv to start the year. Plenty of dust around the unit, and some issues with the sinks.

did not live up to standards unfortunately but maybe with new systems in place they will. amenities are subpar, as my roomates and i were expecting a fully renovated space.

So far so good. Everything working out well, love the atmosphere. Move in day was a bit chaotic waiting in the long line but other than that has been pretty smooth
