My utilities bill increased to more than four times what it was two months ago. My roommates and I spoke to a staff member stating our roommate violated the lease. There was nothing that could be done. It is stated on the Move-In Agreement form that if there were any violations, the tenant would be fined. It also stated with repeated or serious violations, the tenant may be evicted and terminated of the lease agreement. Overall, my experience here has made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. I am... glad I did not renew my lease.
