i have really enjoyed living here. the staff is great, its close to everything, and its very safe. I like how clean it is and how easy it is to get anything fixed

Great place very close to campus. Very nice apartments. Only cons is the free parking, most of the people who park at the bottom level of the parking garage have not moved their cars in 2 months. If you have to drive a lot you will probably be parking at the 5th floor often, I recommend getting the designated parking spot. Can be a bit expensive to live here.

The social at hovey has been nothing but amazing! The only thing that I can complain about is the unit we are in does not look like the show room. We were told it would be.

So far, my residence experience has been very pleasant. The apartment complex is decently clean, and the staff is very responsive. The move in process was easy. The maintenance workers respond quickly and fulfill our requests.

My time at the social on Hovey has been exceptional. The apartment's are very comfortable and give me lots of privacy from my roommates. The staff here have also been very accommodating and helpful with any question I’ve had.
