I love this neighborhood and the apartment complex! My neighbors have gotten to know one another and there is a sense of community that the back porch brings to us all. My only issue is the lack of amenities, it ends with the 4 parking spaces granted to each person living in the house. Other than that, maintenance is timely but sometimes not always useful but they do great work. I appreciate the goodie bags that are delivered on occasion.

Living at the social at Illinois state, has been a great part of my student experience. The location is very convenient. The management team has been responsive and helpful, making maintenance requests and communication easy. I’ve felt safe and comfortable here, and it’s been a great place to focus on my studies while also enjoying some independence from campus life.

Very good maintenance and staff, but noise reduction could be better. Walls are quite thin, making it easy to hear even quiet music through the floors. Kitchen area is nice, but would be nice to have bathroom on main floor. Living area is spacious and comfortable. The porch area is a nice add-on as well.

It's been ok so far. The apartment are nice. The upstairs floor are really squeaky and not strong it's keeps getting worse. As it wasn't that bad when I first moved in.
