I have lived at The Wyndham Apartments twice, and both apartments had beautiful floor plans that I really enjoyed. My experience with the leasing team has always been positive. Robert, my previous leasing manager, made my first experience a great one, and Nathan was just as helpful and professional during my recent move. They both made the leasing process smooth and stress-free.
The staff has always been responsive, and I truly appreciate the customer service I've received. Based on my... experiences, I would absolutely rent from TLC Management again and highly recommend The Wyndham Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

The building engineer did an outstanding job in troubleshooting and repairing the problem I had. He spent almost an hour working in a very confined space. The maintenance staff here is first class and are on top of any concerns you have quickly.

Great Experience
I've lived in the Wyndham in the past and I enjoyed my time there. Now I'm in the process of the rental application, tours etc, with a different set of consultants. As I've stated in the past and I'll say again, TLC is definitely the experience I've had with both Nathan and Troy. The absolute best communication and the best customer service experience. I truly appreciate you guys.

Had an issue with oven after moving in, maintenance came and resolved issue in a timely manner and took care of it and it was working perfectly the next day!

Although this is in a good location with good transportation and lake access, TLC needs to put more effort into the renovation and updating of their properties. The Wyndham has only had one working elevator for over four months, with zero updates on fixing the second one. There are 13 floors and many residents! It's not super cheap either if you live alone, and the dryers and washers are broken every month. There is only one dryer I've been able to use consistently since moving here 8 months ago... ... Just keep in mind that the rent price doesn't necessarily include the amenities they advertise because they're always broken. The fitness room is nice, though!
