Although this is in a good location with good transportation and lake access, TLC needs to put more effort into the renovation and updating of their properties. The Wyndham has only had one working elevator for over four months, with zero updates on fixing the second one. There are 13 floors and many residents! It's not super cheap either if you live alone, and the dryers and washers are broken every month. There is only one dryer I've been able to use consistently since moving here 8 months ago... ... Just keep in mind that the rent price doesn't necessarily include the amenities they advertise because they're always broken. The fitness room is nice, though!

This building is always going up in costs and plus one or both of the elevators are always out of service and it takes a while to get it up and running!!!!!

Great apartment units with amazing beautiful regal building lobby area. Prime location right next to Lake Michigan in Edgewater Beach. Move-in was a breeze and have been appreciative of Troy, the Assistant Property Manager, along with Danny and all Wyndham staff!! I highly recommend this building if you’re looking for your next apartment in Chicago!
