Times Square is an older building with a lot of charm. You can tell it was built by skilled craftsman. The wood trim detail to the large room sizes. Even in the stair cases the wood trim is incredible. This building was and is a major icon to the neighborhood. Right down the street to the lake. Totally surround by shops and restaurants. This is the upper east side. A very nice place to be. The surrounding mansions are a must see.

My wife and I love the building. There is a nice environment in the building, the staff is really super attentive and professional, from the leasing office agents to the security guards and maintenance staff. The response time for maintenance requests is surprisingly fast for how large the building is, and communication with staff is easy and accessible.
