People with disabilities are not only forced to walk up 12 flights of stairs to reach their apartments, but both elevators have now trapped residents requiring the fire department to break down the doors (because the override keys were absent). Management has called this "inconvenience" in official emails and has done nothing to address resident concerns about the danger and inaccessibility of grated elevator doors, heavy trash dumpster lids after the trash chute closed, persistent leaks,... radiator overheating, and many more issues documented in the last several years.

I’ve had a positive experience living at The Mayfair Apartments. The community is well-maintained, and the overall environment feels safe and comfortable. Management has been responsive and helpful whenever needed, and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. I also appreciate the convenient location and the sense of community among residents. Don't rent in the mayfair unless you prefer your house to be above 80° and to be overcharged for utilities.
