This place is an absolute joke. The people who work here are completely inattentive, unprofessional, and disorganized. They rarely answer the phones during their business hours and never respond to emails. You can find about 4-5 different numbers to this property, and they will not answer a single one. The one day I did get a hold of the office by phone, the property manager (Marcus?) assured me that if I emailed him going forward he would reply. I emailed. There was never a reply and it's been... weeks. This property is managed by TLC Management. I was ready to sign a lease at this place, but got so tired of being unable to reach them and getting no response from them that I just moved on. Avoid.

The Regal Apartments are a great place to live as a first-time resident in Chicago. Its proximity to the loop and all CTA lines makes the location unbeatable while you find your footing in the city. Units are great and rent is reasonable.

I spent about five months apartment searching before I moved into the Regal Apartments. I toured quite a few properties and this building provided by far the best value in terms of square footage and appearance in this very conveniently located neighborhood. The building has a great deal of vintage charm with the high timbered ceilings with the modern amenities you could want, but not all the unnecessary frills no one really uses in some of these overpriced buildings nearby. The staff is... friendly and responsive.
