I spent about five months apartment searching before I moved into the Regal Apartments. I toured quite a few properties and this building provided by far the best value in terms of square footage and appearance in this very conveniently located neighborhood. The building has a great deal of vintage charm with the high timbered ceilings with the modern amenities you could want, but not all the unnecessary frills no one really uses in some of these overpriced buildings nearby. The staff is... friendly and responsive.

The Regal “CAN” be a nice place to live, but unfortunately bad tenants puts a damper on community living. The good tenants like myself pay too much rent to be dealing with bad tenants. It’s exhausting. I wish the higher up gather the good tenants up and hear us out on how The Regal can and should be a better place to live.

Ever since I first got a tour of the Regal Apartments, I was drawn in by the gorgeous building and interior and the warmth of the community here. We have a beautiful apartment, and any issues are fixed quickly and professionally.
