I've had nothing but positive experiences at EnV, and a huge part of that is thanks to Denisse, the new manager. Since she’s taken over, the building has been running better than ever — everything feels more organized, communication is clear, and any issues are addressed quickly and professionally. I look forward to another year at EnV! :)

This is my third year renewing my lease here, which says a lot—I’ve never stayed in any building this long. The views and square footage are hard to beat, and the concierge team is always great. Maintenance is timely, efficient, kind, and genuinely helpful. It’s been a consistently positive experience.

Common spaces and amenities are always very clean. The concierge staff are always so kind and always willing to assist with resident needs. Apartments are spacious and well worth the price.

Living at EnV so far has been amazing! Amenities are top tier and the staff is so friendly. Being in such a prime location is also fantastic.

EnV is a great building with all the amenities. The door staff is exceptionally nice and engaging, and the management office is helpful if you ever need anything. Another plus is the building is right next to the Merchandise Mart brown line so you can easily get around the city from here. A negative is the club next door but overall the building is a great location with proximity to all the shopping and restaurants River North is known for.
