I have been renting here for the last couple of years.

Pros:
- Location is very nice for access to train, riverwalk, and being right downtown
- Staff and Maintenance are highly professional and are quick to resolve questions
- Amenities are top notch, and they keep everything routinely clean and up-to-date
- Dog & pet friendly
- Never lost a package.

Cons
- Not the building's problem, but the area came involve a lot of car and foot traffic, and can get noisy outside at times; but that's part... of living downtown
- Elevators have been breaking down a lot more than usual; not very controllable, but something worth noting
- I cannot speak to other people in the building, but for me, i have gotten a rent increase every year. Standard; but worth noting that don't expect your lease to stay the same.

There's really not too many cons, now it's pricey, but this is a building where you pay for a premium experience.

I do wish it was easier to retrieve a package without having to bother the front desk staff when you opt out of delivery.
