Loved living here when we first moved in. It now feels increasingly unsafe with a shooting that occurred just outside building entrance, among other safety concerns (e.g., non-resident large groups using amenities, large and unruly gatherings in common spaces, police being on-site for instances beyond the shooting). I voiced my safety concerns to the property manager months ago before the shooting, where she shared there was nothing she could do. What a shame.

Really great management group and staff which makes a huge difference with living quality in an apartment. Packages are well organized and kept. Building is always clean and other residents are nice and pretty quiet. The building app makes everything convenient too.
