This apartment building used to be great. However, in 2024 a new property management company took over. Since then, I don’t think I would refer to this place as a luxury apartment building any longer. The service the new company has provided has been extremely lacking and we experience constant service outages, including elevators that don’t work, internet outages in co-working spaces, and key fobs that don’t work. I could go on. This issue are not dealt with quickly and continue to be problems... all with skyrocketing rents in renewals. Avoid!

Downhill in Management
Everything about the Logan had been wonderful until new management took over just over a month ago. I would stand clear of moving here until they get their bearings together. So many folks in the community have had the same issues with lack of communication, amenities being neglected with maintenance, no real guidance of what changes are happening, and even the new property sending a petty email regarding the last management who was nothing but wonderful to us. Some people have even had their... rent checks lost which is a HUGE security issue. The excuse seems to always be "we are new, so we don't know" I understand there are growing pains with transition, but these are issues where the entire community suffers. I would save yourself the headache of living here and look elsewhere. It's truly sad to see such a lovely place to live take a negative turn.

I love living at Logan Apartments, everyone from the concierge, to the maintenance team and cleaning staff are so kind and helpful. If I ever have a concern or request, it is addressed promptly and thoroughly. I feel lucky to live here!

Home Sweet Home
Love it here! It's not just a place to stay, it's a place to call home. Everything you need and most of what you want is here and in the surrounding neighborhood. Professional, responsive management, great amenities and a sun-filled apartment AND a Target store beneath the building. It's GREAT!
