I love living here, there is frequent communication if anything needs to be addressed within the community. There is a cute dog park, parking is a breeze, the elevators and communal spaces are amazing. I am so glad I chose to live here!

Extremely unprofessional management and deceptive practices. We applied for an apartment with fully approved income, clean credit, and a flawless rental history. Despite providing all required official government proof of our legal status, leasing staff repeatedly misclassified our paperwork and refused to let us speak with a manager.
After delaying our application for two weeks and leaving us just four days before our scheduled move-in date, they issued a written denial claiming a "credit fraud... alert" - completely contradicting a voicemail left by staff stating our paperwork was the actual reason for the hold.
Their poor communication, lack of competence, and deceptive practices caused us immense stress. Avoid this property if you expect professional management and fair treatment.

“I’ve had a great experience living here. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The staff is always friendly, professional, and quick to help whenever needed. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and I feel safe living here. I highly recommend this apartment community!”

All I can say is: I love my new apartment!!!! I love the fact that it has multiple cabinets, a walk-in closet, not to mention the bathrooms OMG! I love it!
