We’ve settled in nicely over the past month, and the community has been incredibly welcoming. Our leasing agent, Matt, has been exceptionally helpful, guiding us through everything and answering all our questions.

Customer service and staff is 10/10. Personal maintenance calls are 20/10. The gates and doors with key pads are out too frequently for my liking. Mailroom lockers are much needed instead of having to scavenger hunt for packages we paid for. This rent is too high to have to rummage through other people’s packages and to have our packages rummaged through. The mailroom situation is very inconvenient of our time and disrespectful of our personal belongings.

The whole staff at the leasing office is super nice but the one the stood out the most was Jordan! Jordan was so helpful during my process with getting a unit here and during my move in . He is literally the best!
