Apartments are very nice, the leasing staff was great, and the community has been wonderful so far!
The only nitpick is parking space is a premium, and I leave for work early and get back late, but it’s not a huge deal, just normally can’t find a spot close to my building.

I’ve really enjoyed living at 53 West so far. The community is clean, quiet, and well-kept, and the amenities are convenient. Maintenance has been responsive anytime I’ve needed something, and the office staff is friendly and professional. Parking is easy, and the location makes it simple to get to shopping, restaurants, and the highway. Overall, it’s been a comfortable place to call home.

I love it here. The community is beautiful the community is nice the community is quiet the community is clean the community is friendly! My kids love it here they like the friendly kids! Everyone is so warm and southern and I just love it here so much

Awesome staff, community and building. The move in process was a breeze. Had a problem with one of the doors during move in, and maintance was there to fix same day!

So far it's been great, aside from the fact that FedEx delivered half of my new furniture to another address and can't find it!. I had a chance to walk around a bit and can't wait to hit the gym!
