This community is absolutely gorgeous and well kept. The apartment is spacious with plenty of storage - huge attached garage. The amenities are great, we love the pool & splash pad, BBQ areas, playground, walking trails. Office staff is friendly and always willing to help. The shopping center is walking distance and has plenty of shops and restaurants. We couldn't have picked a better place to move. We have no complaints at all. You won't regret moving to Halston South Point.

Where do I start, I have only had my keys for 3 hours but even putting this into words is not enough to express the gratitude I feel for the ladies in the office and Greg . Everyone had such a welcoming spirit from the moment I walked through the door. I worked specifically with Bobbi whose level of customer service is unmatched! I have never in my whole 28 years been treated with such great service by any establishment, this lovely woman put her heart ,sweat and time into insuring that we were... taken care of and she even worked with us on her day off ! and even gave us some great gems to take with us in life. The level of Dedication that she shows can only be represented by a person with a pure heart of Gold .Me and my wife are forever grateful! I am relocating to Georgia and I called Villas at South Point to gather more information about their apartments and to compare them to Estates at McDonough and Mandalay. Well, Chad W. was AWESOME! He was polite and welcoming, extremely patient, and knowledgeable in answering all the questions I had about the Villas at South Point and the McDonough area(and believe me I had a lot of questions). The whole complex is well manicure with beautiful plants, trees, shrubby and flowers that brightens up your day. Nice pool and barbecue area for entertaining family, friends and guests with outdoor furniture. A plethora of shops and restaurants to entice your appetite in walking distance. You will be able to "shop until you drop" and fuel up on food/drinks.
