I just recently moved out of this complex after six years. It is not the best place on earth but overall I was pretty happy there. The complaints: THE DANG GATE. For years, it never worked which you would THINK would be a bad thing. But weirdly it’s not. They have stayed on top of keeping it working or fixing it when someone literally breaks it in half(which is often). Because there is only one entrance and exit, the lines get crazy long and half the people do not live there. They are probably... coming for the pools. So you may be im line just to gwt in for ten ish minutes literally. The pools is another con. They ate beautiful, but during the summer evenings it’s a party every night. There has been shootings as well and it’s a bunch of crazy teenagers usually. The cops are there all the time. There have also been times where maintenance has entered the apartment to do routine maintenance and I had no idea they were coming. The pros: the location is great. There is a literal walking path to aldi. The front office staff(who I have been told changes a lot) are all pretty nice as well as the maintenance workers. Never really had an issue with them. The neighborhood is beautiful and there is a walking path to the yellow river. They typically keep up with the outdoor maintenance to keep the olace looking nice like flowers and stuff. I've been living in a two-bedroom unit here since 05/30/26, and unfortunately the experience has been really disappointing. From day one, I've had unresolved maintenance issues-including a broken toilet, a malfunctioning shower, and a washing machine that still hasn't been repaired since I moved in. Despite multiple requests, the front desk staff have been unresponsive and rarely provide any updates. I would not recommend moving here at all. I currently live here and I am anxious to leave. The bug/roach problem is ridiculous. If they spray it does not help. I have lived here for a few years and in that time there has been a shooting. The pool is often overrun with nonresidents who cause many issues. Last year the main pool was unusable the entire summer due to broken filter. I could go on and on.

I viewed these apartments and the office staff was LESS than friendly. The woman that gave me a tour was no help at all and uninviting. She very short answers to any of my questions and offered no details, brochures, nothing!! I did like the unit I saw, but the attitude of that staff member alone did not sell me nor convince me to live there.

Way to expensive for the price. The price doesn’t match the value. They will raise your rent by almost $300 only after 1 year.
