The gate is broken very frequently, cars have been stolen and broken into conveniently when the gate is left open, which is majority of the time since I’ve been here. Although the car issue is beyond the hands of the complex, they do not have security cameras in the parking lot. Poor insulation, when it gets too hot/cold you’ll feel it even when your a/c and heater are working. This place is good if it’s your first apartment but I wouldn’t stay here longer than two years. Only rented for a year and management has changed. Haven’t dealt with them much except for moving out. Apartment was comfy, maintenance came within a day for any issues, luckily didn’t have any major ones. Gate is constantly broken or stuck but I’ve lived in a lot of “gated” communities across the country and I’m starting to believe that’s just the norm. Wish the gym had a few more machines but it worked for what we needed. If it wasn’t for the ridiculous traffic from all the trucks coming off... the highway and having to commute to midtown for work, we definitely would have renewed our lease. The staff here were and still is wonderful! Made everything about our application process very smooth and joyful! Ms.Bobbie and Ms.Amanda were AMAZING, such a sweet ladies! If you want somewhere to feel like home it’s definitely here!

If you’re looking for a nice and quiet place to stay then this is the place for you! The staff is absolutely wonderful and they tend to every need you may have. I highly recommend!

Neighbors are incredibly loud at all times of day and night.
Hard to sleep. Complaints are ignored by the rude staff. This is by far the worst place I have ever lived.
