After giving all paperwork was told by Brittney I was approved and even received an APPROVAL LETTER thru my email. But the next day received a phone call from Carie stating my application was still processing. After a week and half I was told that I was not approved, but that information came from another guest that lives there, because they gave her my information. The rent is insane, gates are always broke and have had no parking at all many nights. Filing a complaint? Save your breath, have had decent experience with maintenance interior is nice besides the bugs and expect amenities/utilities price increases out of nowhere
