This new beautifully designed home boasts a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room area with a fireplace, a large fenced in backyard with a grill and fire-pit seating area and covered garage parking for up to two cars.

When you enter, you will see the spacious layout and be welcomed by our game room/additional living room. This space can be used as a playroom for little ones or just an additional living room. There is a couch, entertainment center and TV and plenty of space for kids to play.

As you continue to walk down the hallway you will come across a half bathroom that is equipped with a toilet and sink, offering additional convenience for you and your guests. Then you will step into the main living/family room which features a sectional couch, coffee table, side tables and a smart TV mounted above the fireplace that is perfect in the winter.

Right off the family room there is a dining table that can seat up to six comfortably which leads into the open-concept kitchen which is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a center island. You will find a fully stocked kitchen filled with the essential items to prepare meals, such as pots and pans, knives, cooking utensils, silverware, measuring cups, cutting boards, plates, bowls, cups and more. A Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, and air fryer are also provided, along with wine glasses, beer mugs and coffee cups so you can enjoy a beverage sitting out on the covered porch.

When you head upstairs you will find that each bedroom has been thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and convenience, with each of them having a ceiling fan and carpet for extra coziness. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a soaking tub and walk-in shower, double vanities, and a spacious walk-in closet. The other three other bedrooms upstairs are furnished with queen-size beds, and one room also has a crib if needed. There are also plenty of extra blankets, pillows and towels ensuring a comfortable and cozy sleeping space for all guests.

One of the additional bedrooms upstairs offer an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The other two bedrooms share a jack and jill bathroom that boasts a double vanity and a shower/tub combo. Upstairs you will also find a laundry room with a washer and dryer that is available for use throughout your stay.

The fenced in backyard features a covered porch with seating, a fire-pit area a patio with additional seating area in patio furniture, creating a delightful space for outdoor gatherings or simply soaking up the sun.

Tenant pays all utilities and is responsible for lawn maintenance. Renters insurance is required. Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis with a pet fee. No smoking. Flexible with term of rental, but minimum six months.
