Mason Augusta has provided by far the best experience I’ve had in an apartment-home complex. This community is a pet owners dream, and provides you with a sense of a real neighborhood-like community. The amenities are superb, and the grounds are very well-kept. The consistency of events and food trucks on-site for residents makes it feel like the management team really cares about the resident experience. I would recommend Mason Augusta to anyone looking to move in the Augusta area!

I love all of the amenities in the neighborhood as a whole, but the Management could do more for their residents. Since I moved into this unit, my AC has been broken. The only thing that has been done is a mobile unit in the window window doesn’t adequately work. They constantly send maintenance men to to check on my AC, but it requires far more attention. I’m very disappointed, considering they are going up on my rent and I have been without proper air condition since living in the unit.
