The staff at Mason have been a pleasure to work with! From the leasing office to maintenance, everyone is professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful.
The leasing team made the move-in process smooth and straightforward, always ready to answer questions and provide clear information. Maggie is great too and that girl deserves a raise!
Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, with great attention to detail and respect for residents’ time. Jason and Mark have always been... professional and knowledgeable about any issue and have handled it quickly and easily.

I have been renting for 3 yrs. Just recently transferred to a 2 bdrm. My first apt was new. This 2 bedroom apt could have been a little more cleaner but overall it's okay. Minor housekeeping was needed.
