I love all of the amenities in the neighborhood as a whole, but the Management could do more for their residents. Since I moved into this unit, my AC has been broken. The only thing that has been done is a mobile unit in the window window doesn’t adequately work. They constantly send maintenance men to to check on my AC, but it requires far more attention. I’m very disappointed, considering they are going up on my rent and I have been without proper air condition since living in the unit.

The staff at Mason have been a pleasure to work with! From the leasing office to maintenance, everyone is professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful.
The leasing team made the move-in process smooth and straightforward, always ready to answer questions and provide clear information. Maggie is great too and that girl deserves a raise!
Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, with great attention to detail and respect for residents’ time. Jason and Mark have always been... professional and knowledgeable about any issue and have handled it quickly and easily.
