I’m military, and this is the only place I will live while stationed here in Augusta. I searched so many places, and this is the only place that stood out amongst the rest. There is no competition. I believe we have the best pool in the area! From the amenities to the staff, it’s number 1! I would definitely recommend my military family here.

All of my friends are jealous!
I absolutely love living at The Heron at River Island! The community is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. The greenery and natural surroundings really make it feel relaxing and different from most apartment communities.

A peaceful getaway
I've been here 2 years now and im still loving my apartment. Before moving here, none of my previous apartments compared. I feel like im at a private getaway with no issues. Events are fun, the trails and boardwalk are great, and my neighbors are friendly. I couldn't ask for a better community to live in.
