I've been here 2 years now and im still loving my apartment. Before moving here, none of my previous apartments compared. I feel like im at a private getaway with no issues. Events are fun, the trails and boardwalk are great, and my neighbors are friendly. I couldn't ask for a better community to live in.

I’ve had a great experience living here. The apartment is bright and filled with natural light, which makes it feel open and welcoming. Having a garage is a huge plus, and the resident events really help build a sense of community. Most of all, the staff is phenomenal—friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring. Highly recommend!

We love living here. Most of our concerns are minor. The office staff is terrific, helpful, friendly, etc. We love our apartment and the amenities. Great neighborhood! Great location!

Beautiful surroundings. Convenient to shops and restaurants. Staff are friendly and courteous. Looking forward to using the many amenities.
We love to do yoga and take walks down by the river. Great location for kayaking and biking.
We enjoy attending the performing arts center. Seen many wonderful performances there.

I’ve had a great experience living at The Heron at River Island. The community is peaceful, well-kept, and surrounded by beautiful scenery, which makes it a relaxing place to come home to. The apartments are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light.
The staff has been friendly and responsive whenever I’ve needed assistance, and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. I also really enjoy the amenities—especially the pool, fitness center, and walking... trails. It’s a great balance of comfort, convenience, and nature.
Overall, The Heron at River Island is a wonderful place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, well-managed community with great amenities.
