Choosing the Lofts at King Mill was an easy decision. We toured over 8 properties in the Augusta area and no other property compares in terms of the rich history and beautiful amenities that the Lofts at King Mill offers. The management staff and maintenance are wonderful to work with and we are looking forward to living here for the next few years.

We've been here 8 months and are very happy living at The Lofts at King Mill! The management and maintenance teams have been super helpful to us getting settled and dealing with a few issues related to a new project in an old building. Thanks to everyone, we plan to be here awhile.
