Maintenance Everything was fixed the same day. Great, friendly staff!

Rate I have been here for a year, we honestly was going to move because of an issue I was having with the breaker in the apartment. Hope and the Maintenance supervisor seemed to think that there was nothing wrong but I knew deep down that there was. I work from home and my job was on the line. I couldn’t wash or dry clothes during the day which was crazy. So I knew I had to move. But then one day I saw a new girl in the office and we introduced ourselves to each other. Marylou asked me if... everything was ok so I thought I’d shoot my shot again and tell her. Her response was no we can’t let this happen and this issue needs to be prioritized and it was. She explained to the new GM what was going on and she said we will get this figured out and she was true to her word. She said maintenance will be there within the next week and they were there two days later. They did a few things and told me they had to order a part and they would be back within the next few days and once again they were. All I can say was this new team went above and beyond to help me and they sure did. They have this fixed and I’m back to living a normal life where we can wash and dry at the same time all day long with no breakers going off. No rules apartments! That's right! You don't have to follow any rules when you move to Palisades. Do whatever you want and nothing will happen. Want to leave your garbage out all weekend? No problem! Don't want to pick up after your dog? No Problem! Don't want follow the gym rules? No Problem! Sad that no one cares about rules or wants to do anything about them. But, I'm sure this is the case with every single apartment complex in the area. Can't wait til I saved up enough to buy a house.

Noise from above We loved our apartment at 4155 apt 101, but have family with pre-teen and teens directly above. The noise from running and jumping was unbearable. This is the only reason for our moving.
