New management
I have been living in the Mason since March. I haven’t had any issues. Until new management took over this month. The people in the office are rude. You have unexplained charges; then they tell you to call the previous company. The club house is closed on Sunday so we can’t use the game room. We live in a gated community, all gates have been opened since they took over. No real communication at all. I can see this complex going down. Hopefully they get it together fast
