I’ve only been living here for about 5 months but it’s been very good. The staff is super helpful and always very nice. Maintenance always handles any issues. So I far do not have any complaints. I’m very glad I decide to live here!!

The Perfect HOME
My husband and I have lived at Brigham Woods for the past 10 months, and it has been an absolute dream! The office staff is always incredibly kind and helpful, and the maintenance staff is amazing! We haven’t had many maintenance problems since living here, but the ones that we did have were fixed within the same day that we put in the request - we couldn’t ask for a better staff to take care of us here at Brigham Woods! We love the walking trail that surrounds the property and all the... beautiful landscaping! It makes our walks so much fun to look at the gorgeous scenery of the landscaping, and all our neighbors are very friendly (even the furry friend neighbors)! The apartment itself is so spacious and bright, and we love all the storage that is provided with numerous closets. Brigham Woods truly feels like home, and I always feel so safe coming home and entering the front gates! I couldn’t ask for a safer, friendlier, more beautiful place to live here in Augusta!

The best place to Live
Brigham Woods is the best apartment I’ve lived in and that’s saying something. The on-site management is amazing. They started out as a resource and have turned into friends/family. They have the best amenities. Centrally located near all the best things Augusta has to offer.
The gated community is safe and perfect for young single adults or families with small children. The monthly events put on by the staff are fun and a great way to meeting people living at Brigham Woods. I met some... lifelong friends during my time there and a great sense of community. If work had not relocated me I’d still be living there!!!

Great Place
Brigham Woods was definitely the best complex I’ve lived in! Clean, quiet, and safe for kids. I definitely recommend considering BW to anyone who is searching for somewhere to live in Augusta Georgia!
