Cortland East Cobb has to be one of the best communities/apartments to live in the northwest metro Atlanta area. I’ve toured plenty of places and i was the most impressed with this community, you definitely get what you are paying for. I’d recommend this community over most in the area. My unit was clean, updated and far beyond the expectation.

I love living here! I love everyone who works here. Could not be happier. I had a few boards on my deck that were bad so I put in a ticket. Next day when I got home- I had a brand new deck! How amazing is that? They could have gone the cheaper route and replaced one or two boards- but they redid my entire deck.

Cortland East Cobb has been a pleasure to be at. Front office team is always helpful and kind. Maintenance is lightning fast, very knowledgeable, and super nice. Never had a problem with safety, noise, or neighbors. The place is also gorgeous with thoughtful landscaping. It is not the most affordable option in the area, but it’s worth it to feel more at home.
