I really enjoy living here, I feel safe and secure and the landscaping provides a sense of living in nature as well as privacy. The pool area and the gym are excellent my grandkids love to be in that area specially this time the year

I love to live in Cortland, the units are very well maintained and clean. The landscaping is beautiful and contributes to keep privacy and clean air in the complex. All the management team are kind, attentive, professional and willing to help at any time.

We have had to leave our fire extinguisher outside for the last month or so to be inspected. I asked when this would be completed weeks ago and was told it was scheduled to be done and would be notified when completed.

Been here for over 3 years and hope to stay here another 3, but finances are making it a problem. Might consider a roommate if I could find a good one.
