Cortland Woodlands is a very nice community to live in. A living environment that focuses on residents' security. It offers apartment homes to suite everyone needs, if you are single or have a family. Very close to interstates I75/285. A very exciting area that is very close to nice high-end restaurants, the 4 times winning World Series home of the Atlanta Braves, Truist Park Stadium, clothing and specialty shops. Beautiful landscaping throughout the property. Safe environment to live in. ... Friendly, professional and courteous office staff to serve you.

I have been in residence in this complex for 20 years so I've had the opportunity to see several management teams come and go. My reaction to them has run the gamut from highly appreciative to finding some of them sorely lacking. I look forward to this coming year to determine if my cautious optimism is warranted.
