I have been in residence in this complex for 20 years so I've had the opportunity to see several management teams come and go. The Cortland is a great place to live. Very family friendly and safe. The office ensures a safe and clean environment. Professional and friendly office staff. The homes are maintained and kept updated.

Nice location and neighbors. The newly renovated units were done by a low quality team that left many plumbing and electrical problems, its taken months to fix. The price for these renovated units isnt worth it. Leasing office and property managers often lie / dont actually know the policies. You have to have everything saved in writing or an email since they will say one thing in person/ over the phone and then claim they never said it.
