Safe place but it seems they only care about collecting rent and not making sure their tenants are comfortable in the unit. If you report something you can definitely expect it to not get taken care of for at least 3 weeks to a month after reported. Place has so much potential but the way things are taken care of can definitely use some improvements.

Quiet, and extremely clean community for it to an older set of apartments. Also, it is 30 seconds from the police department, so safety is never a concern, Fairburn Police are great! The price was exactly as quoted, there were no hidden fees or extra this and thats, just straight forward talk. Overall, I have seen a lot of property improvements, but I can't wait for the rest of the renovations!

My boyfriend, baby and I moved into what was supposed to be a newly renovated apartment. Slowly but surely everything started to not work or was breaking. Our closet doors broke off of its tracks. Our AC unit was working on and off. Our bathroom had two leaks and huge holes in the wall. We began to smell mildew on our clothes, so we decided to start documenting stuff. Turns out there may be black mold growing in our apartment. We found mold growing on furniture, clothes, appliances, walls, etc.... our maintenance guy claims there is no mold, however we are currently waiting on results from our mold test that cost $388 out of our pockets. Our daughter may even be getting sick from the mold exposure. It is inhabitable to live there so we based on breaking the lease without penalty due to mold test results.
