Overall, Compass is a pretty cool apartment complex. The location is convenient, the community is quiet, and the space itself is comfortable and well laid out. My main issue has been pest control—roaches do make their appearances from time to time, which can be frustrating. If that were handled more consistently, this would easily be a five-star place. Still, it’s a solid place to live

Regency Park Apts have had it's up n downs like most Apartment living, but overall it's been good. The community really tries to bring the community together, by hosting different events, parties etc. The staff is great, they have security on site as well.

So far everyone seems nice and it looks peaceful.
I always wanted a studio for myself and Regency is the only place that was able to accommodate me.
