Not too bad overall. Staff are nice. Maintenance fixes all requests in a timely manner. Decent amenities. Most neighbors are friendly. I have had to file a couple complaints about neighbors being loud after hours (I'm talking 1am-3am). The second time I called the courtesy officer, she advised me to hang up and call 911 as she was "at her other job". I honestly don't think noise complaints are taken seriously around here and that's extremely disappointing.

Parkway Vista has a great community and events. The leasing managers are always open to suggestions. The maintenance team is great too. Super friendly and help keep the apartments up to shape.

Still a great place to live. Always try to do something nice for the residents on holidays. Office staff is awesome!! I would definitely recommend others to move in here.

Over all experience is good. Since March, been waiting on internal repairs: side wall cracking, repairing of ceiling since water intrusion since March 2025. Carpet cleaning. Location is great and lived here 14 years.
