Over all experience is good. Since March, been waiting on internal repairs: side wall cracking, repairing of ceiling since water intrusion since March 2025. Carpet cleaning. Location is great and lived here 14 years.

I have enjoyed living here for the last two and a half years. Its a nice gated community. Close to the city and right next to 85 highway. Community events are a plus.

Very clean and maintained facilities. Newly renovated unit is awesome so far. The front desk staff, Erika and Lisa, have been very welcoming.
