My experience so far has been amazing!! I first met with Mikya for a tour and signed my lease with her!! She was incredible, so nice, and answered any questions I had. She was honest and very knowledgeable and even reached out move-in day because she wasn’t going to be on site but congratulated me and gave me her contact info if needed!! Even when I called for other things along the move in process and spoke to other people everyone was so kind and always made sure I hung up with my questions... answered!

I used to avoid apartment complexes because I consistently had bad experiences at these places. I gave Cortland a try because of the great reviews, and I have not been disappointed. This place has been the exception. I actually love my apartment and it feels very safe here as a woman living solo. Dog-friendly, professional staff with consistently good communication, prompt maintenance, and I often get compliments on the look of my unit (“these are nice apartments!) from people I have over.

Cortland 3131 is a great place to live. The staff and maintenance are great. They’re always having special events for the residents. It really is a great place to live.
