I love living here for the location and access to the city but had to take a star off for the repeated fire alarms and the elevator always being out

Staff has been so helpful. The apartment is great and the location as an Emory nursing student is perfect. So excited to be a resident here. The amenities are also amazing. Thank you for all you do!

I really like this place! It's a great location and I love the amenities Arlo offers! The management staff has been super helpful especially when I couldn't find my package. They helped me look for it and set up my locker app.

I’ve seen firsthand how residents who voice concerns are treated poorly instead of being supported. The management here needs serious improvement in communication and professionalism.
No one should feel unsafe or ignored where they live. Until changes are made, I wouldn’t recommend this community to anyone looking for a respectful, well-run environment.
