I’m moving from out of state, so the management office was very accomodating and helpful helping me get everything figured out with my new apartment. The building is quiet, peaceful, and in such a great location downtown, that it’s already been such a respite after long work days :)

Process was a bit confusing and needed to call / email with the leasing office almost daily to make sure things were happening correctly. But everyone was nice, helpful, and willing to work with me.

I love living here for the location and access to the city but had to take a star off for the repeated fire alarms and the elevator always being out
