Great community, friendly staff. Apartments are spacious and comfortable. Location to downtown is great, within walking distance from restaurants, bars, shops, coffee and MARTA if you use train to commute.

I'm happy with the property, however nobody told me that a train when by every day in the night time and that six crossing guards blow whistles from 7:30am to 9am and again from 2-4pm which is about 4 hours of constant whistling. The front desk staff is the best.

It’s a great apartment and the staff is phenomenal, also locations is great. It takes time to get used to hearing the neighbors. Staff has been responsive to requests which is nice. I wish I didn’t hear the stomping of upstairs neighbors or music in other units.
