Since I am in healthcare, the fetch package service is so convenient. I also love how close it is to Emory Village and Decatur Square. My neighbors are nice and the amenities are always clean.

We lived in the middle of a management shift. The current and new management as of 2022 doesn't care too much for its residents, seeing as to how the management handles car break ins, cleanliness and being a "boutique apartment community".
1. When the garage gate was finally built after multiple break car break ins it was hard to reach management to obtain a key (oftentimes there is no one in the office).
2. The previous management had incredible communication via phone and email and had even... hired people to come and keep the stairs and floors neat. The apartments now look unkempt from not handling the natural buildup of dirt, cobwebs and insects.
3. There is a pool as well as a lounge or as advertised "community parlor" but management makes no effort to host anything for residents, nor does management care to remember the names of people who live here so it can feel a bit alienating.

This is a relatively new community with quaintness and convenience as its biggest attraction. The original property management company and their level of service were above standard and of the best I've experienced. However, as of August 2021, First Communities (the new manager) and the "there but rarely in the office" community manager Saul, wasted no time in setting the bar low. The fob system granting resident access to buildings has been out of commission almost as long as the new company... has been in place and they've yet to send a single email communicating the status of this for weeks, despite repeated office visits and inquiries. This means residents have to scale the entire property daily for a working entrance when even those have decreased by the week. No emails, signs or temporary open doors.
No fob access combined with unanswered/outstanding maintenance requests, less frequent valet trash, declining sanitation of the property and routine office closures during posted business hours makes the residence embarrassing and one I'll likely break my lease from.
