DO NOT, under any circumstances, move to this apartment complex! These people painted over mold in the apartment prior to me moving in, and I only recently discovered it. It was purely negligence on their part. And absolutely disgusting. My dog immediately started getting sick when we moved in, and progressively got worse. These people are absolutely evil and underhanded, and you should listen to the reviews that tell you to stay far away from this place. There is a REASON they have such steep... discounts on their rental units right now. STAY AWAY!! I have never in my life lived somewhere like this, it's very disturbing.
Oh, and don't get me started on the disgustingly HUGE rats on the property (I can confirm what another reviewer wrote). Someone also tried to break into my car my first night here. Imagine my surprise when I realized it was my car alarm going off late at night. And you don't want to know how many times I've come home or went out to walk my dog, and seen at least two police cars outside of an apartment building. (Oh, and if they use the excuse below in a comment response that they can't find me in their system, they are lying.)

Roaches
I lived here once roaches are bad they don't wanna take care of the problem lease office is very shady but the come off friendly to get you in there high on vehicle theft and few cars have been stolen a few break in attempts if you don't believe me about the roaches take one good look at the dumpsters at like 5:30 or 6 your skin will be crawling don't be in rush to move in cause you will see them little by little when I say infestation believe mei had to leave a lot of my stuff behind because of... the infestation no it's not little by little it was a lot to point I would stay in a hotel towards the end the heat goes on and off the maintenance is terrible they will hold you deposit and charge for every little thing I wouldn't recommend it and don't believe these fake reviews go check out google reviews

It seems you may have had a bad experience, but it is very difficult to tell due to the particular writing style you have chosen and submitting anonymously. We do live in Georgia and roaches are the... occasional pest, not the norm and we do provide pest control free of charge to all residents when requested. We do not take any request lightly and keep providing the pest control services free of charge until the individual situation is resolved, some people are cleaner than others which helps or hurts. As for the HVAC issues you may have experienced, our maintenance team is always on top of work orders and gets them completed in a timely manner but again it is on the resident to submit the work order for us to know of the issue. We do charge for damages to the apartment outside of normal wear and tear, as does every other apartment community. We highly recommend Dunwoody Ridge and so do the actual residents who left complimentary reviews, by name and continue to call Dunwoody Ridge their home. We thank you for the review but feel it is not an accurate representation of our community.

Dunwoody Ridge
I called in earlier to ask if I could tour the apartment and was informed to stop by the leasing office. I stopped by the leasing office and the staff hand me the apartment brochure with the rate and inform me that there are no apartments to tour. If I wanted the brochure only I could have just downloaded it from the online portal .Your staff could have updated me that there are no apartments to tour on phone.Please note that the customers visiting the office to tour the apartment have a busy... schedule too. This has got to be one of the worst apartment tours that I have had until now.

Great Location and friendly staff
Office staff are really nice and extremely helpful. Julian was kind and generous to stay over time after office hours to receive us on our move in date when we were struck with the traffic. The Marta station is less than 1 mile up the road and Highway 400/285 is about 1.5-2 miles away, as well as Perimeter Mall and all of the other shops not far away.

So far, so amazing!
I have been living in this apartment community for almost 5 years now and have never encounter a problem, so let's start with the basics.
Apartment: I've lived in the same apartment and it is very accommodating. I live in the 800 sq-ft, not upgraded (by choice lol) and it is enough space for me and my guests to come hang out comfortably. There very rarely is any noise that I hear within my apartment from neighbors, nor do I have any issues with them. Every contract renewal, there's a... complimentary carpet cleaning through scheduling. The buildings themselves are also lit up and I'm not scared to walk around at night.
Parking: Parking here is great. I am never without a parking spot and the parking area is very well lit, so I always feel safe coming home no matter what time it is. There is also a very well lit parking garage that is available.
Community: Being that it is a very small community, I love that feeling about it. There aren't a million apartments where you can easily get lost. Getting around within the complex is very efficient and swift. The street lights are always There are children that live here and they like to play, but the parents aren't far from them.
Trash: There is about four trash centers around the complex which is AMAZING. You don't have to walk far to throw out your trash and the trash guys come every other day to empty it out (another plus!).
Amenities: There's a small gym, pool, and a car wash. They all do what I need them to do. They are renovating the pool and gym, so that'll be super new soon.
Dogs/cats: I have a small dog and she has enough space to run around the complex (on a leash, of course) and in my apartment. The other dogs in the complex are also very friendly, as well.
Leasing Office/Maintenance: The ladies and gentlemen that work in the leasing office and the maintenance crew are always very nice and whenever I have a maintenance issue, they are here by the end of the day or the next day.
Convenience: The Marta station is about 1 mile up the road and Highway 400/285 is about 1.5-2 miles away, as well as Perimeter Mall and all of the other shops not far away and with half the traffic the main road gets. Perfect!
I think I've hit on all of the hot spots. Pretty cool community to live in.
