I absolutely love the layout of my new apartment—it’s high-quality, beautiful, and thoughtfully designed. Move-in day was incredibly easy, and the staff was extremely helpful throughout the process. Everyone at the leasing office has been friendly, approachable, and easy to reach. Overall, my experience at the Heights at Sawnee Village has been very positive, and I’m really happy to be living here.

Victoria and Aiden, the leasing agents, were very attentive and quick to respond to me throughout the process. The leasing management team also worked with me to make my move-in date possible and helped everything go smoothly. Everyone I interacted with was kind, friendly, and professional.
I do wish the move-in experience had felt a bit more “ease-of-access”. I have to pay/set up an AT&T technician to “enable” WiFi outlets or they say “pay to activate” in my unit and the call box to allow my... guests over isn’t working at the moment with the code I got in my welcome packet. But overall, it’s a great place — very clean, beautiful, and well maintained.
