I’ve lived here for a year. Here are the pros and cons:

PROS: Clean & well-maintained neighborhood, the maintenance guy lives in the neighborhood and is so helpful/kind/personable/responsive, the Pettit floor plan is very spacious, the kitchen/den/master bedroom closet are huge, it’s quiet, the dog park is clean, the club house
is clean, landscaping for your back yard is taken care of, walls are not thin (but you can hear your neighbors walk up the steps - the noise carries), sidewalks... throughout make it a nice neighborhood to walk/jog in, it’s well-lit at night

CONS: they are building a gigantic liquor store right in front of the club house and there is now a sketchy looking convenience store right as you pull into the neighborhood - it cheapens the front of the neighborhood, it’s overpriced- there are comparable townhomes in the area for less money, you have to use the internet company they assign and as someone who works from home it can be a little slow at times. Once it went completely out for 36 hrs. I had to miss a day and a half of work -
