The employee staff here at Rosewood treats everyone with so much respect. I had an issue come up with my scheduled tour, but Adria was willing to work around my work hours. She was sweet and kind and things like that make you enjoy living there more.

Toured the property today. The Staff was friendly and had different 2 bedrooms to show me and my family. The Pool was pretty and had a play ground for my children. Aside for the car wash !! Already felt at home before applying

The property management team is incredibly unprofessional. Promises to return phone calls with no follow through, service tickets that get closed out without being attempted, and just poor property quality overall. On top of that, I get to pay nearly $200 a month more than my rent in ridiculous "community fees" and for the "community water bill" when there is a busted water main they refuse to fix. These buildings are 30 years old. Isn't all this stuff what my rent is supposed to cover? Run away... as fast as you can from this place. By far the worst place I've rented from and I've rented from some really poorly managed places in my days. Apartments are in pretty terrible shape. Mine has multiple colors of paint on the walls, rips in the floor, carpeting that needed replacing probably 5 years ago. Management is slow to respond (if at all). Even corporate refuses to respond to address issues, as I had with the staff destroying my apartment and leaving a mess after replacing heating/ac and water lines in the middle of winter.... I still have yet to hear back from corporate about that...

The office is not open during its posted hours and makes it difficult to pay rent when you work a 9-5 job.

The nicest thing I can say is that my neighbors have been pretty quiet and respectful. If you're looking for a nice place to rent, I'd suggest looking elsewhere unless you like it taking 3 weeks to get your work orders completed (3 weeks to replace a furnace filter is unacceptable, period.
