This is such a great place for people who love animals. Big outdoor courtyard areas for dogs to walk around and play. Their event team (Tiff & Paola) always put together amazing gatherings for residents to get to know each other and socialize.

The property manager is rude
The Property Manger is very rude ( Twynate ) they have hidden fees & she’s unresponsive and very unprofessional theres been times the elevator hasn’t been working for weeks , the floors are dirty , its mold throughout the building, you need a phone to get in and out of gates and if you phone dies you just stuck , theres no visitor parking forreal if someone comes they have to pay to park or they car will be booted , maintenance is slow , do not move here ! it’s the worse thing to do ! My time... living there i hated it and im so much happier i have moved

Amazing place to live!
I have had a great experience living here!! And I absolutely love the Apartment Life events! They build such a great sense of community within the complex and I look forward to seeing what creative ideas they have each month. Maintenance is also incredibly helpful.

new management
Let me start by saying that living downtown is alot of fun. Having a community like O4W makes it better. Now full disclusure it was taken over by new management. It was some and still kinks that need to be worked out.Im giving them time to do so.Ive seen some changes that are being implemented and that good. The most important thing for me is that im able to go to the office and receive good resident service. Twynate has always had a moment to talk to me about any issues and go over new systems.... Jason has been very helpful about getting me acclimated to the new parking. Shakeisha was very instrumental in resolving an issue with my reserve parking space, She was really nice. I really liked her conflict resolution methods. Im expecting that this level of service can only get better.

Great apartments
Ever since hilltop took over for Camden, the place is becoming much cleaner and safer. Hilltop is on top of service requests, with someone showing up the same day and problems being resolved quickly. I’ve been here for three years and truly love living here
