Student housing been living here for a while, while the property itself has a lot of positives there are some areas that need serious improvement. The building has a beautiful aesthetic, the rooms are spacious, and I’ve always loved having a balcony it really adds to the living experience
However, the management side has been frustrating. Communication is extremely slow, and issues tend to take far too long to get addressed. At one point, some furniture in our unit broke, and resolving it... felt like pulling teeth. There’s also a strong sense that the student housing is run more with profit in mind than resident care, which leaves things feeling disorganized and not very tenant focused.
When I first moved in, everything felt professional and well-run, but over time, that energy has definitely declined. This place could be incredible if the management improved their responsiveness and organization

Love my apartment
Platform is an amazing community that we call home. We have lived here for over a year and was happy to renew our lease. The office staff is top notch and very professional. The amenities and convenience of intown living is priceless. We love it here and I would recommend it to my friend and family.

Parking garage security
The security here is bad, my car was stolen out of the parking garage where I pay to park in every month on my lease. The security is barely around or noticeable it’s really easy to get in and out of the parking garage where people park they’re vehicles thinking it’s a safe place and it’s not.

Cozy n good quality of apartment
The apartment is nice. Love the room design. It has complex facilities, such as gym, pool and pet friendly as well. Elijah who is the officer provide me a great service and room tour. He explain all the things in detail. 5 out of 5.
