Forcing tenants to pay an extra $65 for shotty internet service with Comcast is diabolical and add that to the gate ALWAYS being broken and wide open, the mailbox door always being unlocked even though it is supposed to lock, the last minute all day constant water shut offs throughout the complex, the repeated leasing staff changes annnndddd they keep going up on the rent every year by almost $200, it's time for me to cut my losses and move my family to a more stable apartment community.

Great Property- With great Management
Veranda Estates is a beautiful complex. Also, the property is extremely well-maintained. They have great customer service. They always answer the phone and respond to emails. When I have gone to leasing office, they have been nothing, but great.

Beautiful Estates
Upon arrival, I noticed the clean and beautiful apartments, so I couldn’t wait to see the inside. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the young ladies in the office, Ms. Dyson I hope. She was so sweet. She showed me around the property and helped cover a lot of great information about the each apartment. I look forward to returning.

Do not move here
Really bad management. Extra fees that you’re not told about. What you walk though isn’t what you get. Poor maintenance. Bugs. Water is shut off constantly. Appliances are really old. Half of everything is broken. Constantly smells like trash. Soft car wash doesn’t work and gross. Looks really good on the outside and really bad and old on the inside. You cannot get good WiFi out here. Their is never anyone up front at the office and always a sign saying they will be back and they won’t be back... at that time. You’re not allowed to keep like anything on the porch. Enough said?

We are about 6 weeks out. Also, interior renovations... are about to start as well and you could move into a newly renovated home. We apologize about you not being able to reach us, we have been short staffed and many times there is only one person in the office. Save your money!!!
They are unorganized and change employees consistently. They have no regard for correct information or others time. I have lived with them going on the end of my second lease and I am happily leaving only because they are inconsistent. I have always paid my rent online and without any notification they are charging people to pay their rent. I understand if paid with ach because it’s not certified funds but you charge me $27 to pay my rent on time with my debit card which is ridiculous!!
