The apartments are not bad I love it! I love the community but I would say, some days I do get a big weft of marijuana in the parking lot, this concern me because I have a child and I am also very sensitive to smells. There also have been time where I would go to the leasing office to ask questions.. the front desk associates always never feel like they want to work or be bothered which this could get a bit exhausting at times.

It has been nice to live in this complex with direct access to campus! On top of this, the amenities have been wonderful as well. This complex also has been extremely helpful with maintenance and answering us if we need. They are very quick to adjust or fix anything for your needs!

this apartment has the perfect layout and a very convenient location. the pool is very nice and the gym is decent.the customer of the office staff is less than satisfactory but overall i enjoy living here

The townhomes are spacious and clean but I would say communication could’ve been better. I had no clue as to who my roommates were going to be and no information was given prior to move in date. I didn’t know that there were 2 males and in my 5x5 already. I’m a woman I would have appreciated knowing this beforehand.
