For anybody thinking about moving to Flagship Carrollton, I would not recommend it. Do not move here. The entire property has ill addressed mould problems and there was mould all throughout the kitchen when I first moved in and I had to request for somebody to take care of it, but it is still reoccurring, this issue was not disclosed prior to signing the lease. They also raised the rent a month after moving in without any prior notice. The appliances constantly have things wrong with them and... always need repairs. When it comes to packages they are late with updating when your package is in the mail room and if you call them to ask about it, they essentially tell you there’s nothing that they can do for you and that you just have to wait. It was a good apartment!! The apartment are big it can get a little bit loud but it’s not bad. The personal rooms are pretty big and have there own bathroom

No problems, liked when they hosted events. The delivery driver keeps not leaving my package at the leasing office. I usually tell them to bring it thru the gate if they cannot find it the first time.

I had a pretty decent move-in. Everything went pretty smoothly. The property is usually kept clean, and the atmosphere is quiet and comfortable. and the staff has always been professional and helpful when I’ve had questions or concerns. Hope more to come with these next upcoming months living here.
