Maintenance and business office is great and extremely helpful! Apartment is close to great food, shopping and events in downtown Canton. Very satisfied with living here, going on my third lease.

Everything is fine, rent is too high! New management team seems to be on top of things! Elevator breaks down too much. Back basement door finally locks, and key fob is needed to gain entrance.
