The price doesnt match the units. Out dated HVAC systems, out dated appliances, inconsistent valet trash services, entry gates are always broken, & parking is extremely limited.

Great apartment community with beautiful amenities and locations. All the basic life necessities are very close by! Beautiful landscaping and very well maintained.

Could do better with keeping the breezeways and stairwell clean by allowing the leaf blowers to clean all areas instead of parking lot and in front of leasing office. Breezeway is filled with spiders and webs, trash from leaves, also has pollen that has been there since April..looks real, real bad. Carpeting needs to be replaced for those that have lived in same apartment over 5 years.
Need more parking spaces especially near Bldg 3. When the pool is open the ones that live in the Bldg can not... find parking because pool goers take our spots.
It is quiet here and I have not heard of any violence. Great location to everything.

Overall I love staying in this community. While I wish there were more resident activities, it is quiet, accessible to everything, and the maintenance staff is amazing.
