I have been living here over 8 years and can say that it is a quiet place. Easy access to all interstates and lots of back roads to somewhat help avoid traffic

Community is quiet, but there is a terrible pest problem. The cockroaches come in all shapes and sizes along with other bugs.
I’ve spoken with other residents and they share this problem. No matter how many times you call pest control or try to keep the apartment clean. There is always bugs.

Pricing is a little high rent wise since there aren’t any real upgrades
There needs to be penalties for people that follow the trash guidelines. Residents don’t follow those and will have trash sitting outside for the entire weekend which since there have been more sighting of bugs

We love our community

Wildwood Ridge Apartments has made my wife and I feel really welcomed and proud to call it home . On top of that the property and amenities are so nice. Wildwood Ridge has become a community we strongly recommend others join!
