My experience thus far has been positive. Maintenance is trustworthy, competent and fast. Front office staff are accommodating and knowledgeable. I love the “no assigned” parking and the commitment to keeping to community aesthetically appealing. You can tell the agency vets residents throughly, tenants are friendly and compliant.

Great place to live!!
I’ve had such a wonderful experience living at Wild Wood Apartments for 3 years. The community is clean, safe, and beautifully maintained, and the staff goes above and beyond to make residents feel at home. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, and the amenities like the pool, fitness center, and common areas are always in great condition. I also really appreciate the quiet, friendly atmosphere and how convenient the location is to shops and restaurants. Overall, it’s... been such a positive place to call home, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming apartment community.

Amazing Staff
The apartments are nice and well taken care of, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Anytime I’ve needed maintenance, they’ve been quick to respond and get things fixed. The community feels safe and welcoming, and the amenities are a huge plus.
