The neighbor hood is quiet and peaceful, for the most part. Neighbors appear to be friendly and respectful towards each other. There's ample parking available for everyone, including guests. Having available services like trash pick up and disposal, access to 2 pools, and mail delivery is a plus. The only downside is the noise level from the neighbors upstairs above us, but some of the noise is to be expected.

We have lived here for a few years! It’s always been quiet and safe area for our kids. The office staff is always nice. Maintenance comes pretty quick when you call and they have an emergency line.

I have been pretty satsified with my stay here so far. The only issues that I have are some of the new fees being charged, such as package delivery fees (I do not have packages delivered to apt, but have to pay a fee) and trash pick up (most of the time they are not picking up trash, and I can throw mine in the dumpster on the way out of the complex)
