Last year my tub started peeling and all I had to do was call maintenance and that was the end of my responsibility to that. All I had to do after that was just let people in to take care of it. People want to glorify owning a home, but dang not having the anxiety and financial burden of dealing with that is worth so much more to me. But also from horror stories I’ve heard it seems like I’ve got lucky with decent management.

It’s been good so far. They have been good overall during the move in process a little slow on some of our maintenance request. But it has been pretty quiet and clean.

Really no complaints. Everything has been great. I'd like to see a few upgrades to the complex gym but honestly overall, I can't complain about anything!

Great and quiet community. The amenities are all well maintained. Both maintenance and the leasing office are always helpful and timely with responses.

Wildwood Ridge has been a great place to live! The property is always clean and well cared for, and the management team does a wonderful job making residents feel welcome. I also love how peaceful the community is while still being conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. Overall, it’s a comfortable and pleasant place to call home!
